A: Yes, all the dresses here are new and original.

A: There are many different sizes for you to choose, and you can custom your own dresses at the size you want.
Q: What is it made of materials?
A: It's made of chiffon/satin/taffeta/tulle/silk/organza/etc.
Q: how can I do so without any problems with it being exactly what I want
A: You have to give us more details about your body shape for example: bust, hip, waist, height, hem to floor etc. I will also send you an email about the exact information we want and the ways to measure. Our professional designer will make the dress according to these important statistics.
Q: will the dress you similar to the one on the picture
A: I think it will not totally similar to the one on the picture because of color difference and angle.
Q: Will short dress look nice on the beach? How does it look like? Do you have sample pics that i can take a look?
A: Short dress is really nice on the beach, especially the ones with light color. I think they will look great as it shows your body shape perfectly. I will look for some pictures of this style and send them to you later.
Q: Can you explain little more? Do you mean that some looks exactly the same as the pictures and some not?
A: All the dresses we made will be of 90 percent and above similar to the picture.
Q: How i will be satisfied with the dress i want if i can't see a pic of it?
A: We have been dedicated to the garments industry for years and our professional designer will make the dress as you want.
Q: How you all produce your dresses?
A: After your ordering and confirmation, we will send your order to the designer of our factory, and then they will start to make the dress for you.
Q: Does it include everything (veil, gloves, etc.)? / Are your prices including petticoat and veil?
A: Sorry, it's just the dress, but we can make it for you as a kit if you want, they will just spend a little more if you want.
Q: Are these dresses the real one from the designer or knock0offs?
A: we have our own designer and the dresses are made by ourselves.
Q: Do you use the same materials as on the proper designer's dresses?
A: Yes, we use the same materials as on the designer's dresses.

Important: As your dress will be made-to-measure, you will need to provide your measurements when placing your order. It's easy - simply ask the person who will be taking your measurements to follow the instructions on our Measuring Assistant. We have a team of professional dressmakers who will create the dress you have selected in the exact size and color specified. We suggest you give us as more details as possible, so your wedding dress will be fit for you perfectly.

A: Yes, almost all the dresses are custom sizing.
Q: Can I make the dress from my own pattern?
A: If you have the pattern of a particular dress that you would like to have made, please contact us (online customer service or email), again, you will need to supply us with your exact measurements and specify the color that you would like the dress to be made in. We will request that you send the pattern to us in the post and after assessing the amount of work involved and the material that is required, we would then be able to give you a quote.

A: Thanks for your picture! I think we can make it for you. It will be better if you can give us more pictures and specification about the dress.

Q: Can I order a sample before I place my order?
A: Absolutely! We encourage you to order a sample so you see and feel our high quality invitations before you purchase.
Q: Can I send me a free sample?
A: we can send you the sample but you have to pay for it. And the costs will be knock off after we signed the contract.

Q: Would it be okay if i were to stitch my own brand on the dress after buying from you?
A: It will be OK, but I think we'd better sign a contract for this.
